About Shai Stern
Mr. Stern serves as the Co-Chairman and CEO of Vintage Filings, LLC, a New York based EDGAR filing company which serves over 500 public companies that are listed on Nasdaq, NYSE, Amex and OTC. Mr. Stern, in working closely with public companies, and private equity funds, has spent his career serving and advising public and private companies with respect to corporate finance, operational issues and management structure. Mr. Stern was formerly a Vice President at American Stock Transfer Company where he initiated public company relationships and was responsible for outstanding share balances of over 2,000 publicly held companies. Mr. Stern was instrumental in the growth of AST Stock Plan which administered stock options and stock benefit plans to 500 public company clients before being bought by Citibank.
