About Erick Richardson
Erick Richardson, is the managing partner of Richardson & Patel LLP. Mr. Richardson has extensive experience with representing micro-cap and small-cap publicly traded companies. For almost a decade, Mr. Richardson has been active in all legal aspects of representing publicly traded companies, from assisting them with executing and developing their business plan to listing their securities on a national exchange. He plays a strategic role for clients by structuring registered equity and debt public offerings, PIPEs, equity lines, convertible debentures, venture capital and mezzanine financing.
Mr. Richardson's practice focuses not only on the operational legal problems presented by emerging growth companies, but helps clients in the search for key growth capital. As a business advisor, Mr. Richardson provides practical business-oriented solutions to his clients' problems, focusing on accomplishing their objectives effectively and efficiently, including leveraging his personal and business relationships with high net worth individual investors, fund managers and other key players within the investment banking community.
Mr. Richardson received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California Entrepreneur Program in 1993. Mr. Richardson received both his J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of San Diego in 1996 and was admitted to the California Bar in that same year.
