About Ted Hastings
Ted joins Moxy Media from Geosign where he served as President. At Geosign, Ted was instrumental in completing a US $160 million private equity financing as well as five strategic acquisitions. Prior to Geosign Ted was with High Jump Software, a division of 3M, where he was responsible for the post-acquisition integration of Global Beverage Group (GBG) into High Jump’s Delivery division. As Chief Executive Officer of GBG for five years, Ted increased the company’s value through a series of nine strategic acquisitions, ultimately culminating in the sale of Global Beverage Group to 3M, a Fortune 100 Company. Prior to GBG, he was Chief Executive Officer of the software company, Endgame Systems. Ted worked four years at Deloitte & Touche LLP where he earned his CA and CPA designations.
