My career highlights:

While a General Services Manager with Cablevision Systems, I was promoted from Customer Service Representative to General Services Supervisor. Within one year, I was promoted again to manager followed by Regional Manager in charge of over 38 facilities in Mass. During my time there, I was recognized repeatedly for my able to reduce operational costs significantly while improving services.

As Project Manager at Diversified Project Management, I was afforded the opportunity to expand my skill beyond facility management and into construction and move management. As a client representative, I interfaced with a wide variety of firms with varied goals, budgets and schedules. My scope of services included move management of up to 1000 employees and year long construction projects, including out of the ground projects. While at DPM, I received many commendation letters from clients and was promoted to Senior Project Manager, which included a higher billable rate and assignment of the most complex projects.

At CB Richard Ellis, I was hired to work exclusively on the Bank of America account in downtown Boston. Once there, I was promoted to Senior Project Manager in less than two years and was assigned the most complex projects of the entire team. I was the first to execute a LEED Silver Certified project as well as training in Six Sigma Management, which the bank was implementing. I was recognized as a "subject matter expert" in the field of Microsoft Project and ran on-line training sessions for CBRE project managers throughout the Bank of America portfolio.
